Ways to work together

TRAUMA • CLINICAL DEPTH • REAL SUPPORT

I offer trauma-informed therapy for adults, 1:1 virtual consultation for therapists seeking support with complex cases, and educational resources currently in development for both clients and clinicians.

How this work is structured

This practice is built to support two different needs:

Personal healing and professional support-all while staying grounded in the same values: clarity, clinical depth, some jaded humor, and genuine care.

Some people come here looking for trauma-focused therapy, and then there are therapists seeking consultation around complex cases, or may even need to find a therapist for themselves. I absolutely love working with other clinicians and hold this unique relationship in high regard - both as a colleague or your individual therapist.

Individual Therapy

This is trauma focused work that integrates evidence-based practices such as: IFS informed therapy, EMDR, DBT, and SFBT- all while prioritizing person-centered treatment and agency.

For my fellow therapists out there- I absolutely love working with other clinicians and hold this unique relationship in high regard. If you’ve been trying to find the best fit for your circumstance, let’s see if we would be a good fit.

This work is steady and collaborative. We focus on understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, making sense of patterns shaped by experience, and building structure that supports lasting change. Sessions move at a pace that respects your nervous system—prioritizing clarity and integration, rather than quick fixes or pressure to “move on.”

Trauma-focused care, explained

Trauma-focused care looks beyond symptoms to understand how experiences shape the nervous system, relationships, and sense of safety. Rather than rushing toward relief, the work centers on awareness, regulation, and integration—supporting healing that is sustainable and grounded in real understanding. We use interventions grounded in behavioral science research, evidenced based practices, and continued training in ethical MH clinical treatment.

Consultation

1:1 consultation for therapists seeking support with complex cases, clinical stuck points, and treatment planning.

These consultations offer a thoughtful, collaborative space to slow things down and think clearly. The focus is on clinical clarity—helping you refine formulation, explore options, and navigate complexity without judgment or performative pressure. This is support that respects the weight and responsibility of clinical work.

Common reasons clinicians reach out

  • Case formulation and conceptualization for complex case presentations using EMDR, IFS, and/or other trauma processing techniques.

(i.e. co-occurring disorders, multiple barriers/challenges, differential diagnosis, and more)

  • Treatment planning and pacing

  • Stuck points, rupture, or risk considerations

  • Managing countertransference and clinical overwhelm

  • Ethical or clinical decision-making support

Professional collaboration

For clinicians seeking ongoing consultation or a more consistent collaborative rhythm, we can explore a structure that fits your caseload, capacity, and professional needs. Reach out and we’ll determine what support makes the most sense.

Workshops & Education

Resources designed to help you go deeper—at your pace.
